One license per workstation, paid once. Internet mode is paid monthly, by the server workstation only.

One-time, non-refundable payment: the license is permanent for the activated computer.
- Every feature: sales, point of sale, deliveries, stock and warehouses, purchasing, customer credit, returnable packaging, treasury, payroll and breakage.
- AI-assisted accounting, and the Claude and ChatGPT connector, for administrators. You need your own Claude or ChatGPT account: any subscription it requires is not included.
- The KAJY assistant, which guides activation, set-up and operations.
- Networking between the shop's workstations. Your data stays on your server computer.
- Six languages on Windows; the Android app is in French.
- Automatic updates of KAJY 2.
Internet mode
$50 per month
Paid by the server workstation only, from 1 to 36 months at once. Non-refundable.
- Workstations outside the shop, linked to your server.
- The Android app for sales reps and delivery staff: orders at the customer's, cash payments even without signal, then matched to the right settlement slip.
- One subscription for all the server's workstations and phones.

What you need
A server computer
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
- At least 4 GB of memory, ideally an SSD.
- Switched on during working hours: it holds the whole shop's database.
The workstations
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
- On the same network as the server, or linked through Internet mode.
- One license per workstation.
The phones
- Android 7 or later.
- The server's Internet mode.
For activation
- An Internet connection: KAJY checks the key online, then from time to time.
- The machine ID of each workstation, shown by the assistant.
The steps
Download and install
Run the downloaded file on the server computer, then on each workstation. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click "More info", then "Run anyway".
Activate with the assistant
On first launch, choose the language. The assistant shows the machine ID: send it to [email protected], then enter the key you receive.
Bring in your data
Import a database already prepared, or create your products, customers and opening stock with the assistant.
Add workstations and phones
Activate each workstation, then Internet mode for phones and remote workstations.
