Features

Every KAJY feature answers a money problem in your business.

Five problems that depots, wholesalers and shops live with, and how KAJY solves them, on a distributor's real data.

KAJY assistant: several delivery notes, one settlement slip
Minimum and maximum stock levels per warehouse
A customer's outstanding: credit limit, available, exceeded
Packaging details of a slip: sold, returned, remaining

Drinks depots with returnable packaging

Returnable packaging

Your packaging is your money, lent to your customers.
The problem

Every delivery leaves with full crates and bottles. Only some of them come back empty.

The cause

This packaging belongs to you; your customers are only borrowing it.

The need

As long as you do not know who has how many, you cannot claim anything back.

21,063 itemsat 76 customers, on 3 June 2026
1,237 outat a single customer: 1,276 delivered, 39 returned

Real data from a drinks distributor, calculated by KAJY. Customer names are not published.

With KAJY

Each item carries its packaging: the deposit is invoiced with every sale, and every return of empties is credited to the customer who brings it back. You know, customer by customer, how many crates and bottles are out.

Wholesalers and cash-and-carry stores

Customer and supplier credit

You sell on credit: every customer has a limit.
The problem

A customer orders, you deliver, they pay later. In between, their debt grows.

The cause

The order, the delivery, the invoice and the payment happen at different times, often handled by different people.

The need

So you need to know at all times what each customer owes you, and how far they can go.

6 itemsa real order, crate deposit included, checked item by item and against the customer's limits
5 products and 8 packaging itemsa real supplier purchase order, received, invoiced, paid, then the credit note for empties

A real customer order and a real supplier purchase order, replayed by the real software as of 3 June 2026; the month's rebate rate was chosen for the example. Names not published.

With KAJY

Before the delivery note, KAJY checks the stock of each item and the customer's limits; the outstanding balance is updated, then the invoice and the settlement slip follow. On the supplier side, receiving, payment, the credit note for empties and the monthly rebate follow on without re-entering anything.

Businesses with several sites

Multiple sites

If you run a business on several sites, this software is made for you.
The problem

One outlet runs out of an item while another site has too much of it.

The cause

Every transfer goes through several hands: the person who prepares it, the person who carries it, the person who receives it.

The need

So every shipment has to be prepared, tracked, then received in the same software, site by site.

7 sites2 depots and 5 outlets
137 transfersfrom 11 May to 3 June 2026, including one of 15 items entered in crates

Real data, taken from the KAJY database on 3 June 2026.

With KAJY

You restock an outlet in a single step, up to its maximum stock, or item by item. The sending site and the receiving site handle the same transfer: the shipment on one side, the receipt on the other.

Owners and sales staff on the road

On the move

If you're often on the road but your business is the shop, the KAJY app comes with you.
The problem

A customer pays during your round. In the evening, that payment and the right settlement slip have to be found.

The cause

On the road, the signal drops, and what gets written on a piece of paper gets lost.

The need

You need to take the order at the customer's, and collect payment even when the signal drops.

No signala real payment, kept on the phone, then matched to the right settlement slip when the signal returns

A customer's real order and settlement slip. Customer name not published.

Your data stays on your shop's computer

All your management data sits in a single database, on your shop's server computer. The phone connects to it remotely when that computer is switched on, connected to the Internet, with Internet mode enabled.

The screens

Phone: the customer's order, deposit included
Phone: collecting a payment without signal
Phone: the payment waits, kept on the phone
Phone: matched to the slip, deposit still due

Employers

Payroll, breakage and advances

Imagine one of your employees breaks a bottle, or two.
The problem

A bottle breaks at the depot. A month later, nobody remembers who broke it.

The cause

Breakage affects the stock, an advance affects your cash, and payroll is often done somewhere else.

The need

So every breakage has to be declared straight away, with the person who caused it.

2 bottlesof 65 cl beer, deposit included; the stock goes from 1,780 to 1,778

Breakage imagined for the example, on a real payroll replayed by the real software. Salary hidden.

With KAJY

You record who broke them, and the deduction goes on their salary for the month you pick, with their advances. On payday, you have nothing to count again.

The screens

KAJY assistant: the breakage record, in the employee's name
The breakage deduction, on the chosen month’s salary
The month's payroll: advances and breakage already included
Breakage, deduction, salary paid: nothing is forgotten

So that the money you earn stays in your business.

Every film is shot in the real KAJY, on a distributor's real data.
